Teravu collects information necessary to provide and operate the service, including account and authentication data (name, email, profile photo via Clerk), organization and product configuration, documents you upload to Career Vault, AI chat conversations, and usage analytics. We collect this information when you create an account, use our features, or contact support.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to operate Teravu, provide personalized AI recommendations, manage subscriptions, process payments, improve our services, and communicate important updates. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. AI Data Processing
Your data is processed by AI models (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq) solely to provide personalized features within Teravu. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models. Prompts and responses are not stored by AI providers beyond the request lifecycle.
4. Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Our database is hosted on Railway with enterprise-grade security and automated daily backups. Authentication is handled by Clerk with SOC 2 compliance.
5. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services for authentication (Clerk), payments (Stripe, Razorpay), email (Resend), hosting (Railway), CDN (Cloudflare), and analytics (PostHog). Each service processes data according to their own privacy policies.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may export or delete your data at any time from your account settings. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
7. Your Rights
