By accessing or using Teravu, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.
2. Description of Service
Teravu is an AI-powered career intelligence platform that provides career scoring, AI coaching, resume building, courses, document management, presentations, and productivity tools. Features vary by subscription plan.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use Teravu. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not use Teravu for any unlawful purpose, to violate any applicable laws, to infringe on the rights of others, to distribute malware or harmful content, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may upgrade or downgrade at any time. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. Payments are processed via Stripe (international) and Razorpay (India). See our Pricing page for current plan details.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to Teravu. We retain ownership of the platform, its design, code, and AI models. AI-generated content (presentations, documents, courses) belongs to you once created.
7. AI Disclaimer
AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and should not be considered professional advice. Teravu makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs. Always verify important information independently.
8. Limitation of Liability
Teravu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Teravu after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
