14-day money-back guarantee
All paid plans — Plus (₹299/mo) and Pro (₹799/mo) — come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your payment date for a full refund, no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with subject line "Refund — [your registered email]". Include your payment reference number if available (from Razorpay or your payment confirmation email). We process refunds within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time in one click from account settings — no "Are you sure?" interstitials, no retention offers. Cancellation stops future charges. You retain access to the paid features until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation after the 14-day refund window does not trigger a refund for the current period.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available for:
- Payments made more than 14 days ago
- Accounts found to have violated the Terms of Service
- Referral credits (these are non-transferable and non-refundable)
Payment processor
Payments are processed by Razorpay (India, INR) and Stripe (international). Refunds are processed through the same gateway used for the original payment. Razorpay refunds typically appear in 5–7 business days; Stripe refunds in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
